Allos started its experience in Human Capital Development as a pioneer of e-Learning in 1982 with the first Computer Based Training initiative, led by Rosario Troise. The Company grew significantly between the end of the 90s and 2000 when it merged with Dedalomedia Interactive, a creative enterprise that won awards in Europe for the best multimedia products. The MD of Dedalomedia was Roberto De Rossi, President of the Allos group. In the same years Allos began implementing Learning Management Systems and in 2002 started offering the same solutions as a hosted data services offering. The success of the Company then expanded across the border to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the USA. |

Allos opened its South African office in 2004 as part of its international expansion, lead by the Vice President of International Sales, Simone Zanetti. Within its first year in South Africa, Allos successfully closed three major contracts and currently provides specialist HRD services to several blue-chip organisations. Simone Zanetti, local CEO and co-founder of Allos Consulting, is often a keynote speaker at both local and international conferences. The Allos team consists of highly qualified and creative staff with skills ranging from technical and functional capability to creative and consulting expertise. Allos South Africa is also a proud patron of the Italian-South African Chamber of Trade and Industries, where Zanetti is the Vice President. |

With offices in Italy and representation offices in Northern Europe and the USA, Allos srl is the ‘parent company’ of the group. Allos srl’s offices are located 60km outside Venice. Allos SA services the Southern Hemisphere and provides similar services as Allos srl. The two companies often collaborate on projects. Allos Consulting’s offices are located in Centurion, South Africa. Nextep specialises in three areas: IT infrastructure, security and advanced web portals. Based 60km outside of Venice, Nextep srl shares office space with Allos srl in Italy. |
