Target Audience: New and existing Bank Tellers
Challenge: To provide an e-Learning program that provided customer-facing staff with a vehcile to learn how to detect fraudulant cheks and to practise this skill within a safe environment.
Solution: An e-Learning intervention that represents daily job reality and requires learners to interactively engage with checks being presented by using various authentication tools. The results of correct and incorrect flagging are immediately visible to the learner.
